1. What do I need to use an EZ Pro Email Stationery Template?

You need a desktop or laptop PC with Outlook 2000, 2003 or 2007 as your primary email program.

2. How much time will it take to complete the design and begin emailing with my new, customized email template?

And since you can create your template from any computer - at any time of the day or night - you can even design your email template wearing your PJs and bunny slippers if you want!

Your new template is installed by our push button installer program in less than 1 minute. No computer skills required. Once your template is installed, you have simple push button controls that anyone can easily understand.

4. Will everyone be able to see my EZ Pro Stationery correctly?

All e-mail programs will receive the text you type, so your message will always get through. And almost everyone will see your Template images correctly. Some people have the security settings on their mail programs set very high. This will cause little red "X's" to appear where each image should be. For obvious reasons we cannot bypass this security feature. Most users though are used to enabling the images for emails they trust. - Also, some people in the corporate world screen their e-mail with "security firewalls," which may remove the graphic portion of your message. - And there are still a few people who simply prefer to receive plain text e-mail and they've set their e-mail program to convert all incoming messages to plain text. No matter what, your typed communication will always get through clearly.

5. Will my EZ Pro Stationary Template cause my email to be marked as Spam?

Generally speaking, having email stationery will not cause your message to be marked as Spam. All HTML based email adds a very small percentage to a message's Spam Score. More than 95% of all commercial email being sent is HTML based. There are only a few Internet Service Providers who actually block HTML messages. Some of the most notable ones are The FBI, MIT, The FAA, and other government and high security institutions. top

6. Will I have to use my stationery for every message I send or reply to?

You are in complete control of when you use your Stationary Template and when you simply dash off a text Email. You simply push a button to use your template ... it's that simple.

7. Once my stationery is designed ... can I change it?

You have complete control over the appearance of your EZ Pro Template. You can make as many changes as you wish, as often as you need. Your EZ Pro Template is hosted on our servers and you were given a Username and Password to the site when you purchased your Template. You can login at any time and change your EZ Pro Template.

AND you can make unlimited changes as long as your subscription fees are fully paid. NOTE: Every time you change your template, you will need to update the template on your computer AND our installer does that all for you automatically.

8. What happens if my message is too long for the size of my stationery?

The digital "paper" that makes up your stationery background will automatically get longer as the length of your email message increases. This means your message will always look great, no matter how short or long it is.

9. Can I have a link to my web site on the stationery?

Absolutely! Your email stationery will include a live link to your website. The reader only has to click the link to be taken to your site.

10. Do the images in my email stationery come across as attachments?

We do not physically attach the images that make up your email stationery to the email. Doing so would increase the file size of the overall email. The template images are actually stored on our servers and loaded instantly when the recipient opens the email message. On slow Internet connections you may be able to see the images load, usually in under a second. This keeps the file size low and does not waste space by bloating the recipients inbox.

11. Where are the actual files that make up my EZ Pro Email Template?

A master copy of your template is stored on our secure servers. Whenever you update your template, it is transfered to your email program. When you press the EZ Pro template button, your template is loaded into your email and then sent to your recipient.

12. Can I copy my stationery template onto another computer, such as a laptop, after initially setting it up on a desktop computer?

Yes, you can! Your purchase of a EZ Pro Template gives you a license to use it on as many different computers as you choose.

13. Why do you include a small link back to your website at the bottom of my email template?

We're proud of our work, so we "Sign" everything we create. And this link allows people who don't have their own email template the opportunity to create one almost as good looking as yours. Without this link we would need to charge far more for each template, because we would have to spend more money on advertising.
